Gaudete Consulting is an owner-managed ISO Management Systems consultancy, providing
implementation, training, and internal audit support for Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO
14001), Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001), and Security (ISO 28000) management
systems, serving clients across KwaZulu-Natal and internationally through Gaudete Training
Academy, a licensed INTRASAFE affiliate.
Our strategic direction is to be the preferred provider of ISO management systems services
within Southern Africa, enabling businesses of all sizes — particularly start-ups and SMEs — to
compete credibly against larger, certified competitors.
This Quality Policy supports that strategic direction and is appropriate to the purpose and context of
our business.

Top management of Gaudete Consulting is committed to:

1. Delivering competent, professional, and ethical consulting, training, and audit services
   that satisfy client requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and the
   requirements of the ISO standards to which we consult and audit.
2. Supporting our strategic direction by helping clients — especially start-ups and smaller
   organisations — achieve certification and compete effectively within their industries, thereby
   growing Gaudete’s reputation and market position within Southern Africa.
3. Building and demonstrating a quality culture and ethical behaviour throughout our
   practice: honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness in every client relationship, and integrity as a
   Bureau Veritas–accredited Lead Auditor in all third-party audit work.
4. Responding with agility to client requests and requirements, recognising that
   responsiveness is itself a measure of the quality our clients experience.
5. Continually improving the effectiveness of our own quality management system, our
   methodologies, and the competence of our consultants and trainers, using client feedback, audit
   findings, and lessons learned from engagements across sectors — logistics, ports and
   terminals, security services, manufacturing, and others.
6. Providing a framework for quality objectives, reviewed at planned intervals, that translate
   this policy into measurable targets for client satisfaction, audit and training delivery, and
   business growth.

• Available as documented information, maintained and reviewed for continuing suitability;
• Communicated to, understood, and applied by everyone working for or on behalf of Gaudete
  Consulting;
• Available to relevant interested parties (clients, certification bodies, and regulatory
  authorities), as appropriate.
